Hi there, I'm Kelsey, the founder of Sunny Side Strategy.

After spending more than 10 years working in strategy, analytics, and operations for large corporations and Fortune 500 companies, I stepped away from corporate America to build a business focused on helping growing companies navigate growth with clarity and confidence.

 

Throughout my career, I’ve helped businesses solve complex challenges, improve profitability, streamline operations, and make smarter strategic decisions backed by data.

Today, I partner with founder-led businesses that are ready to move beyond survival mode and grow more intentionally. My approach combines analytical thinking with practical execution because strategy only works when it can actually be implemented in the real world.
